Review: Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen in Carbon Black Extreme

My search for the perfect liquid eyeliner continues.

Trying to find the perfect liquid liner is like trying to hunt for a white whale... extremely difficult. I can't even begin to fathom how many eyeliners I have tried and tested over the years with only a few being notable mentions.

After reading a lot of positive reviews about the Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner and so I thought it was about time that I gave it a shot.

As a lover of Soap & Glory products bath products, I have had very little experience with their skincare and make up ranges, something which I am now trying to rectify. The Supercat Eyeliner is a felt tip liner which can create both a thin line perfect for a day look and a more thicker line for that dramatic evening look.

The size of the nib is extremely important in how this product works. Being a thin shape, it enables you to lie the nib and glide it across your lid without any dragging and the point allows you to map out your wing.
The product is also extremely quick to dry meaning you don't get the dreaded eyeliner imprint in the crease of your eye (Hallelujah!) The product also leaves a velvet like finish which is probably one of my favourite things about this eyeliner.

This is not a perfect product however, I do find that this product has a tendency to smudge off within a few hours of application. This process can be slowed down with a primer or an eye shadow base but this is a product that will require a touch up during the day, this doesn't bother me so much though but for someone is constantly on the go I could imagine this being an irritation.

For the very purse friendly price of £6 this is an eyeliner that would be perfect for beginners or for those looking for an eyeliner which gives great results.

My hunt for the perfect eyeliner will still go on but this is an eyeliner which I would definitely repurchase.

Have you found your perfect eyeliner yet?
