Wild Argan Oil Launch at The Body Shop

It's finally here!

The Body Shop have launched their Wild Argan Oil products! So when I received an invite to the launch, I was very eager to attend. Especially after trying out a sample of the Wild Argan Oil Bubbling Bath, which I absolutely adored.

Wild Argan Oil or as The Body Shop is hailing it as Queen of the Oils, is taken from the fruit of the Argan Tree found in Morocco. This little wonder product has now made its way into The Body Shop, where it has proved to be extremely popular already.

Walking into the Liverpool One store, I was greeted with a pretty display for the Wild Argan Oil products and the scent of Henna and the sound of soothing music playing through the store.
I was then handed a glass of Bucks Fizz and I was given a demonstration of the new products.

Starting with the Body Scrub, my hands were treated to this heavenly smelling product which left my hands feeling incredibly smooth and soft. After drying my hands, the Body Butter which alongside the Argan Oil, has shea and cocoa butter in the product. This was applied to my hand, which again, left me with extremely good first impressions of very nourished and silky skin.

Other notable mentions have to be the Miracle Solid Oil, which I'm definitely going to purchase come Autumn and Winter for all those tricky dry patches and the Soild Oil Lip Balm for those flaky, sore lips that the cold winds bring.

Of course the star product has to be mentioned the Radiant Oil, which is a gorgeous dry oil for your hair and body, so not only is your skin left glowing and silky smooth, your hair is left thoroughly nourished especially if you suffer from dry ends.

A Henna artist (You can find Kee here) was also doing Henna tattoos in store which I immediately had my eye on. After perusing the products, I took my seat and let him get to work.
I love Henna tattoos. I find it a very soothing process and the scent of the ink is heavenly, it was also nice just to have a chat to everyone milling around and watch the process of applying henna.
Then it was finished and you couldn't help but marvel at the finished product.

(If you've noticed it, yes I did partially smudge it. Typical me being incredible clumsy!)
Beautiful, delicate and it made the evening feel exceptionally special, the perfect souvenir from the night.
Speaking of souvenirs, it was then time to decide what I would be purchasing. After being told that it had sold out in store, I was absolutely thrilled to find a sneaky bottle of the Radiant Oil hiding in a gift set with the Wild Argan Oil Shower Gel, So that was scooped up, as well as the Body Scrub, which I cannot wait to add into my shower routine.

Alongside my purchases, the lovely ladies of The Body Shop Liverpool One also passed on some samples of the line (including samples of the Wild Argan Oil Bubbling Bath, which I totally forgot to purchase!)
It was a lovely evening and I was thrilled to celebrate the launch of these products, which from what I have seen and experienced are going to become the highlight of my Autumn/Winter beauty and skincare regime.
Many thanks to The Body Shop for yet another lovely evening!
